Positive partnership between home and school is vital when supporting each child on their development journey.

We endeavour to communicate effectively with our families and have adopted a range of strategies to do this.

Each week, on a Monday, the eldest child in each family takes home a ‘mailbag’. In this mailbag there will be our weekly newsletter and any other relevant correspondence. We ask that all mailbags are brought back in to school, along with any returns, and returned to the eldest child’s classroom by the following Friday.

In addition, each child has a diary that is brought home in their personal book bags. These should be used for communication between home and school and vice versa.

Above all, the staff at Himbleton CE First School and Nursery are approachable and always happy to speak with you about any concerns or queries.
